Application
1. It is often used as a cross-linking agent in the preparation of RTV silicone rubber; it has a good effect as an isolation agent for pressure-sensitive adhesives with methyl room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber, and can be further hydrolyzed to make a good defoamer and demolding agent.
2. It is used in paints and coatings to improve their weather resistance, scratch resistance, waterproofness, corrosion resistance, etc. It is used for surface treatment of mineral materials and glass.
4. It is used in the preparation of waterproof materials and anti-corrosion coatings. It is a solvent-based, neutral waterproofing agent, easy to hydrolyze, especially under the action of acid or alkali to form a siloxane film, which prevents water from penetrating and is breathable. It has good thermal insulation effects, prevents cracking of buildings and wood, and protects high-end buildings, cultural relics and permanent buildings from waterproofing, anti-fouling and weathering. Rubber obtained by replacing ethyl orthosilicate with this product.
5. Rubber obtained by replacing ethyl orthosilicate. The tensile strength and elongation are better than those of silicone rubber cross-linked with orthosilicate acetic acid.
Packaging and Storage
This product is packaged in 50L/200L/250L plastic drums/iron drums.
Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated warehouse, away from fire and heat sources, and the warehouse temperature should not exceed 30℃. The packaging requires sealing and cannot be exposed to air. It should be stored separately from acids and alkalis and should not be stored for a long time. The lighting, wind and other equipment in the storage room should be explosion-proof, and the switches should be set outside the warehouse. Fire and explosion prevention technical measures should be taken when storing in tanks. The flow rate should be controlled during filling, and attention should be paid to prevent static electricity accumulation. Smoking, drinking water and eating are not allowed at the operation site. Load and unload gently during transportation to prevent damage to the packaging container. Transport as dangerous goods.
