Methanesilicon Ic Acid Sodium Salt

1. Widely used in waterproofing and moisture-proofing of roofs, internal and external walls, floors, bathrooms, kitchens, basements and warehouses, as well as in preventing penetration and penetration of reinforced concrete structures;

2. Used in underground civil air defense projects: such as culverts, bridges, dams, tunnels, large hydropower stations, and water diversion projects to reduce water erosion and prevent weathering;

3. Used in various pools: such as swimming pools, water purification pools, sewage pools, water towers, etc.;

4. Used for impregnation of highly water-absorbent inorganic aggregates: such as perlite boards, roof tiles, cement bricks, high-rise building light brick facings, asbestos, inorganic fabrics, thermal insulation materials, etc., to make them have significant waterproof and moisture-proof effects ;

5. Used for waterproofing, protecting colors, preventing pollution and aging of water-soluble architectural coatings, and has been widely used in exterior wall finishes;

6. Used as an additive for latex paint, water glass, and 107 glue, it can make them have obvious water-increasing properties and maintain stable bonding strength;

7. Used in oil drilling, it can adjust the viscosity and density of mud, effectively prevent drilling collapse and improve drilling rate;

8. Used for starting the pump and injecting oil into the oil-producing layer in the later stage of the oil well to prevent the crustal skeleton of the oil-producing layer from collapsing, so that the oil far away from the oil well can be mined more smoothly;

9. Used for other special purposes to reduce water absorption and prevent seepage and waterproofing.

Instructions for use

1. Waterproof mortar construction: clean the base layer of sediment, debris, oil pollution, etc.; control the lime-sand ratio at 1:2.5~3 (32.5R grade or above Portland cement, medium sand, mud content less than 3%), water-cement ratio Ratio≤0.5. The amount of pure silicone waterproofing agent accounts for 3~5% of the amount of cement. To ensure uniform mixing, the silicone waterproofing agent should be mixed evenly with the water in the mortar ratio before adding cement and sand. The waterproof layer is constructed in two layers (each layer is 10mm thick). First apply 1mm of plain mortar to the bottom layer, then apply the waterproof mortar layer, compact it when it is initially set, and rub it into a rough surface with a wooden trowel; apply the second layer of waterproof mortar and then polish and compact it (if decorative construction is required, it must be rubbed into a rough surface). Normal watering and curing, spraying cement curing agent is better.

2. Waterproof concrete construction: The amount of pure silicone waterproofing agent accounts for 1% of the amount of cement, and is evenly mixed into the prepared concrete, which is the same as the construction method of ordinary concrete. To ensure uniform mixing, the organic silicon waterproofing agent should be mixed with the water in the concrete ratio before adding cement, sand and gravel.

3. Leakage repair construction: When the original base is smooth, it needs to be chiseled into a rough surface. After cleaning the floating dust, make a plain mortar bonding layer, and then apply a waterproof mortar layer. The leaking part must be plugged first. The positive and negative corners should be rounded and compacted. The stubble should be sloped (the width of the joint is 100~150mm). When joining, use plain mortar as a bonding layer first, and then apply a waterproof mortar layer.

4. Spraying anti-seepage construction: The organic silicon waterproofing agent is diluted with 8 times clean water and sprayed on the surface of water-absorbing inorganic building materials such as cement surface, bricks, tiles, gypsum boards, and ordinary paint walls for anti-seepage and moisture-proof treatment, which has excellent results.

Things to Note

1. This agent can be used in conjunction with sodium nitrite antifreeze during winter construction.

2. This agent is a general chemical. Construction workers should be careful not to splash it on the face during storage, transportation and use, especially not splash it into the eyes. Otherwise, rinse it immediately with plenty of water or ask a doctor to treat it. Wear labor protection gloves, protective glasses, and work clothes during operation to avoid contact between this agent and the skin.

3. This agent must not come into contact with zinc, aluminum, tin and other active metals during transportation and use, and cannot be stored in iron metal containers to avoid chemical reactions that cause product deterioration and container corrosion.
