Application
(1) Can be used to manufacture various terminal reactive linear modified silicone oils.
(2) Can be used as a reactive intermediate to make ABA organo-modified silicones via hydrosilations. Functional groups normally attached in this way include allyl terminated polyethylene or polypropylene glycols, amines, and epoxies.3. It is used as a chain extender for addition type liquid silicone rubber and a crosslinker for addition type heat vulcanized silicone rubber.
(3) It is a key intermediate for block copolymerization.
(4) Can be used as chain extender and crosslinker for addition cure liquid silicone rubber.
(5) Can be used for water repellent treatment of textiles.
(6) It is used in conjunction with crosslinking hydrides to increase elongation and tear strength and lower durometer.
Packaging and Storage
Hydrogen silicone oil is supplied in 190Kg steel drum or 950Kg IBC tote.
1. Store in a cool, ventilated warehouse. Keep away from fire and heat sources. The warehouse temperature should not exceed 30℃.
2. The packaging must be sealed. It should be stored separately from oxidants, acids, and edible chemical raw materials.
3. The lighting, ventilation and other facilities in the storage room should be explosion-proof.
4. Load and unload gently during transportation to prevent damage to the packaging and containers.
5. Transport as non-dangerous goods.
