Application
(1) Industry
Used in the production of rubber and drugs. This product is a tailing agent that reduces the adsorption activity on the surface of gas chromatography carriers. It is a pharmaceutical intermediate for amikacin and a protective agent for hydroxyl and amino groups. Special organic synthesis. Silylation reagent, which can be used for the production of cilamine kanamycin.
(2) Medicine
Can be used for special organic synthesis. Silylation in the synthesis process of amikacin, penicillin, cephalosporin, fluorouracil and various penicillin derivatives.
(3) Mining
Can be used for the surface treatment of diatomaceous earth, white carbon black, titanium and other powders. Its mechanism of action is the condensation of silicon nitrogen bonds with silicon hydroxyl groups.
Used as a bonding agent for photoetchants in the semiconductor industry.
In organosilazane chemistry, it can be used for chlorine exchange with chlorosilane monomers to obtain polysilazane. This method has great advantages in synthesis over the direct ammonia method.
