NF-50HC is a nano titanium dioxide product prepared based on the gas phase method and reconstructed chemical process. It is composed of titanium dioxide and iron oxide, and has ultra-fine particle size, high specific surface area, high purity, and a mixed structure of anatase and rutile. It can be used to enhance the heat resistance of silicone rubber systems, can be used in industrial catalysis and photocatalysis, and can be used as an effective ultraviolet light shielding material.

Application
01 Application
1. Applicable to heat resistance enhancement of silicone rubber system:
HTV, RTV-1K,RTV-2K, LSR, HCR
2. Improve the flame retardancy of silicone elastomer products
02 Properties
1. Small particle size, high purity, high specific surface area ;
2. Combination of anatase and rutile mixed crystal structure, mainly anatase structure(not regular rutile structure);
3. Good thermal and chemical stability;
4. Outstanding catalytic and photocatalytic efficiency;
5. Photoactive under UV radiation;
6. Can effectively improve the thermal stability of silicone rubber above 275°C
Packaging and storage
The product is supplied in multiple-layer 10 kg bags or polypropylene-made packages in 150kg bags. We recommend storing the product in dry and cool conditions and protecting the material from volatile substances. It should be used within 2 years after production.
