Application
1. Vinyl trichlorosilane reacts with butanone oxime, neutralizes, purifies, and obtains the finished product.
2. It is a mild silane coupling agent, mainly used for room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber and silicone glass glue as a crosslinking agent (vulcanizing agent).
3. Vinyl trimethylethyl ketoxime silane is used as a neutral curing agent in silicone sealant formulations.
4. In most cases, vinyl tri(butanone oxime) silane is used in combination with methyl tri(butanone oxime) silane MOS silane. Compared with formulations based only on methyl oxime silane, the use of a combination containing methyl and vinyl oxime silanes can shorten the skinning time of silicone sealants without shortening the curing time. The sealant is able to withstand stress early, thus having a certain degree of elasticity and tear resistance.
Packaging and Storage
Packed in 200Kg steel drums or 950Kg IBC containers。
Stored in unopened original containers in a dry and cool place, the shelf life is one year.
