Application

1.γ-Chloropropylmethyldiethoxysilane is an intermediate with a wide range of uses.

2. It can be used to prepare a variety of coupling agents and special silicone oils.

3. In rubber and other industries, polar groups (chloropropyl) can be introduced to improve the strength of rubber, polyurethane elastomers, etc.;

4. It can also be used to synthesize vulcanized rubber with lower permeability, rolling resistance, higher elasticity and elongation;

5. It can be used as bulletproof solid tires in the military.

6. In the plastics industry, it can effectively inhibit the dialysis of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) plasticizers, so that PVC can be kept clean and hygienic for a long time; it can be used as an absorbent for polyurethane foam plastics to improve the weather resistance of foam plastics.

7. In the textile industry, it can be made into fabric treatment agents to make textiles soft and elastic, prevent fabrics from yellowing, and can be used as toners for electrostatic copying, image development, etc.

8. In daily chemicals, after being treated with L-lysine, high-grade mousse and shampoo adjusters with bactericidal ability can be prepared.

Packaging and Storage

Transported in 190Kg steel drums or 950Kg IBC containers.

 

Packaged in sealed plastic barrels, stored in a cool, dry warehouse, away from rain, sun, heat sources, and open flames. Do not mix with oxidants, acid and alkali solutions. Transported as toxic and flammable liquid chemicals.
