Application
1. 3-Isocyanatepropyltrimethoxysilane is a silane with isocyanate functional groups. This product is used as a crosslinker and adhesion promoter in adhesives and sealants. It can adhere to various substrates; it has excellent wet adhesion performance on glass, metal and other inorganic substrates; it can also adhere well to substrates that are difficult to adhere to, such as nylon and other plastic products. It can hydrolyze quickly in the presence of atmospheric humidity and has very good thermal stability, chemical stability and UV stability.
2. Functional group introduction: As an organic silicone crosslinker, it can be used as a modifier in the functional group introduction reaction of polymer materials, rubbers and paints.
3. Surface modifier: It can be used as a surface active modifier with good dispersibility, which can enhance the mutual bonding performance of particulate materials and substrates.
4. Adhesion enhancer: Adding it to adhesives, coatings, etc. can increase their adhesion to different substrates and improve water resistance and chemical corrosion resistance.
5. Coating material: It can be used as one of the components of coating materials with excellent weather resistance and chemical resistance.
Packaging and Storage
Packaged in 25Kg plastic drum, 200Kg steel drum or 1000Kg IBC container.
In unopened container, shelf life is one year.
