Aluna-100HC is a high-purity alumina powder synthesized by gas phase method. Through the optimization of production process, the iron content in Aluna-100HC is reduced, which is commonly used in lithium battery separators to enhance the high temperature resistance of the separator and the safety of the battery, and at the same time, to reduce the damage of iron ions on the performance of lithium battery. The positive charge on the surface of the powder also provides special performance in many applications.

Application
01 Application
1. Used in lithium battery diaphragm coating to improve the diaphragm's high temperature resistance and the safety of the battery itself.
2. Used in lithium battery cathode material coating to improve the battery charging and discharging performance and life time.
3. Meltblown masterbatch for electrode coating, to improve the charge adsorption.
4. Used in phosphor coating in lighting industry to make the luminescence uniform, reduce light attenuation and ultraviolet light hazards.
5. Used in all kinds of heat-resistant insulation boards.
6. Used in powder coatings, copier ink to improve its charge rate and fluidity.

Packaging and storage
Product is supplied in multiple layer 10 kg bags. We recommend to store the product in dry and cool conditions and to protect the material from volatile substances. It should be used within 1 years after production.
